Everydaybuddhism.org is a collaborative blog based around the general theme of making the Buddha’s teachings relevant to our everyday lives. What started out as kitchen table discussions among friends about our own struggles to be more virtuous was the seed that grew into this collaborative blog, which is like the tree shown here. Like the many different branches and leaves of the Buddha’s Bodhi tree, everybody has different experiences and understandings of the Dharma. In this way, each of our essays varies to express the many aspects of our lives. All essays are free of copyright, and may be reproduced, as long as www.everydaybuddhism.org is cited. We hope that our essays bring you the same encouragement, humor, insight, and joy that these discussions have brought to us for so many years as kalyāṇamitra, friends in the Dharma.
